Step-up converter with input voltage support as low as 2V / 15A, with a 4A output up to 30V. The unit peaks at 80W (12V input). With built-in security mechanisms (over- and undervoltage protection). What also sets this unit apart is the extra output connection in form of a USB-A-port. Please note the USB-port and output voltage is directly connected, it is NOT a standard 5V USB-port.
To prevent discharge of lithium batteries, please solder a 5.6K resistor at R22 at the lower left corner of the module. If it is higher than 3.5V it will start, and stop when it is lower than 3V. For other levels of undervoltage protection, please use the formula: R22=12500/(U-0.75V)Ohms, where U is the expected undervoltage.
