This gateway will connect directly to WiFi so no ethernet cable is required. Install it in the SmartLife application and connect up to 40 SmartLife Zigbee products (ZBxxx) to a single gateway. Each connected product will appear in the SmartLife application and can be included in automations as if it is directly connected to WiFi.
Zigbee is an alternative protocol to WiFi with low power consumption as the main advantage. This enables small wireless sensors to remain functional up to multiple years on a single battery.
